Matthew 5:44

Matthew 5:44 (NKJV)

But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you

This verse goes directly against what the world tells you to do in regard to your enemies. It’s not easy, but remember, hurt people hurt people. They need prayer just as much as you do, if not more.

Feel free to meditate on this Bible verse during your daily mindfulness exercise. Before you get started, pray and ask the Holy Spirit to guide you and give you revelation while meditating on this verse.
