“The Lord gives righteousness and justice to all who are treated unfairly.”

Sometimes, like nights like this, I feel like God has me up late because He wants to reveal something to me. So what do I do? I pray, read His word, play some worship music, and have something to take notes on.

When I’m reading the Word, I sometimes get the urge to read the same verse(s) in different translation(s) for a better understanding on what God is saying to me in that moment.

The LORD executes righteousness And justice for all who are oppressed.

- Psalms 103:6 (NKJV)

You’re a God who makes things right, giving justice to the defenseless

- Psalms 103:6 (TPT)

In this instance, I felt led to read Psalms 103. It’s no surprise that I read this verse (which I’ve read many times in the past) stood out to me since it is very relevant to me at this time in my life. It still amazes me how God finds a way to reach out to us right where we are at (both in the good and bad). Oh how He loves us.

I hope this encourages anyone out there going through a difficult time in their lives right now. God sees and hears you. He is working on your behalf for your good. This was just a friendly reminder of Him saying “I’ve got you!”

Be encouraged.
