1 John 2:9-11

1 John 2:9-11 (TPT)

Anyone who says, “I am in the light,” while holding hatred in his heart toward a fellow believer is still in the darkness.
But the one who truly loves a fellow believer lives in the light, and there is nothing in him that will cause someone else to stumble.
But whoever hates a fellow believer lives in the darkness—stumbling around in the dark with no clue where he is going, for he is blinded by the darkness.

Felt led to go a little deeper and get into some “uncomfortable” Bible verses today. Unbeknownst to me, this scripture correlates with a topic that I’ll be posting about shortly. Without spoiling that post, all I have to say is hate less and forgive more!

As always, feel free to meditate on this Bible verse during your daily mindfulness exercise. Before you get started, pray and ask the Holy Spirit to guide you and give you revelation while meditating on this verse.
